What happens when I move in?

Private offices are move-in ready: lockable, furnished, with internet and cleaning included.

1. Sign your agreement

Your membership, office or other workspace service is covered by the written agreement you sign with us. A space is only reserved once that agreement is signed. If anything you've read online differs from your written agreement or quote, the agreement or quote applies.

2. Choose your start date

You can start on any weekday. Your first month is charged pro rata, then billing is on the 1st of each month. Memberships on the launch offer start on the 1st of a month.

3. Get your access set up

Access is by your phone. We set up your access credential before your first day.

• Private office and dedicated desk members have 24/7 access.
• Coworking members and day pass holders use the space weekdays 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

4. Your first day

We'll give you a short welcome and a walk-through of the space.

5. Set up your member portal account

Sign in at member.blackvc.com.au to book meeting rooms and studios, register for events and set up member Wi-Fi. See Booking in the member portal and Connecting to Wi-Fi.

6. Use your business address

Dedicated desks and private offices include a business address and mail handling at Level 3, 4 Mort Street, Canberra City ACT 2601. Coworking members can add it for $49 a month plus GST. See Mail handling.
