How do I book in the member portal?

Bookings are made in the member portal at member.blackvc.com.au.

What you can book

• Meeting rooms and boardrooms
• Studios
• Day passes, a desk for the day
• Private offices by the day

How to book

1. Go to member.blackvc.com.au.
2. Sign in, or create a free account. You don't need a paid membership to book a meeting room.
3. Choose what you'd like to book, then pick a time.

Coworking members and Virtual office plus members book their desk days in the portal too.

Emails about your booking

You'll get an email when you book, a reminder before your booking, and an email if it's rescheduled or cancelled.

Changing or cancelling

Change or cancel a booking in the member portal.

• More than 24 hours before the start: the full booking value comes back as workspace credit, valid for 12 months.
• Within 24 hours of the start: the booking is forfeited.

Paying

Pay by card or direct debit through the portal. Card and bank details are entered into and held by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
