Private offices have a bond of one month's fees.

• When it's paid: before your start date.
• When it's returned: within 30 days of leaving, less anything owed, with an itemised statement.

Other plans

Coworking, dedicated desks and virtual offices don't have a bond. They're paid monthly in advance.
