What can an authorised contact do?
Authorised contacts can read their business's agreements in the member portal and upload documents for them. The named signatory signs and pays.
An authorised contact is someone from your business who can see its agreements in the member portal.
What they can do
- Read the business's agreements
- Upload documents for them, such as a lawyer's certificate
What only the signatory can do
- Confirm the disclosure statement
- Sign the agreement
- Accept early access
- Make payments
Authorised contacts can't pay invoices yet. The account holder pays.
Adding a contact
Email hello@blackvc.com.au with their name and email. They'll get an email with a link to open the member portal.
