How does the emailed sign-in link work?

Some of our emails include a button that signs you straight in to the member portal, with no password needed.

When you get one

• With your licence agreement
• When we send your agreement again
• When you're added as an authorised contact for a business

Using it

Choose the button in the email, then Continue. The link works once and lasts 7 days. A newer link replaces an older one.

If it has expired or been used

Open it anyway and choose Email me a new link. Or choose Sign in with a password. See Signing in.

If you didn't ask for a link, you can ignore the email.
