What we keep when you're a member, and how to see or correct your personal information.
Our privacy policy covers our website, the member portal and the workspace at 4 Mort Street.
What we keep when you're a member
- Your contact and company details, and the details in your agreement with us
- Your member portal sign-in details
- Billing records, such as invoices, payments and the plan you're on
- Room and studio bookings you make
- Building access records: which access credential was used, at which door, and when
- Messages and requests you send us
Card and bank details are entered into and held by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
Your details in the portal
You can see your details in the member portal. To change them, contact the team.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact our privacy officer at privacy@blackvc.com.au. We'll need to confirm your identity first.
Marketing emails
You can opt out of marketing at any time. Opting out doesn't stop service messages about your membership, bookings or account.
