When you visit
Virtual office members can use the café, lounge, kitchen, events and meeting rooms (with their credits) when they visit.
Workspace days on Virtual office plus are a booked shared desk, on weekdays, subject to availability. Book them in the member portal, like any desk booking.

Common questions
Can I use the address on my website and invoices?
Yes. You can use Level 3, 4 Mort Street, Canberra City ACT 2601 as your business address on your website, invoices and business documents.
What happens to my mail?
We receive your mail, notify you by email, and you collect it weekdays 9 am to 5 pm, with earlier or later collection by arrangement. Mail is for collection only.
Can I book meeting rooms?
Yes. Both plans include 2 meeting room credits a month, used on the same terms as member credits. You can book more meeting room time at the hourly rate.
Can I upgrade to a desk or an office?
Yes. You can move to coworking, a dedicated desk or a private office when you need more space. Dedicated desks and private offices include a business address and mail handling.
Is it a registered office address?
Yes. You can use our address as your company's registered office address. We'll need to verify your identity first.
