How do I change my plan?

Your plan is covered by the written agreement you signed with us, so check it first.

Upgrading

You can upgrade any time, for example from a virtual office to coworking, a dedicated desk or a private office. The change is charged pro rata. Dedicated desks and private offices include a business address and mail handling.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at renewal.

Leaving

• Notice: the notice period is set in your agreement. If it doesn't say, it's 1 month for terms under 12 months, and 2 months for terms of 12 months or more.
• Month to month plans: cancel in the member portal before your next billing date.
• 12 month plans: have a 6 month minimum. After that you can leave early with notice, and repay the 12 month discount for the months you've used.

Choosing month to month or 12 months

Coworking and dedicated desks come as a 12 month plan or month to month. The 12 month plan has a lower monthly price. See Memberships compared.

Adding a business address

Coworking members can add a business address and mail handling for $49 a month plus GST.
