What are the House Rules?

The rules that keep Level 3 a calm, professional place to work. Your membership agreement asks you to follow them.

These rules keep Level 3 a calm, professional place to work. Your membership agreement asks you to follow them. We may update them from time to time and will tell you about material changes before they take effect.

Respect

  • Treat other members, guests and the team with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination and threatening behaviour are not tolerated.
  • Don't approach other members for business in a way that is pushy or unwelcome.

Noise and calls

  • Keep conversations at a low volume in the open areas.
  • Take phone and video calls in a call room, a meeting room or your office. Use headphones for anything with sound.

Desks and offices

  • Private offices and dedicated desks: keep your space clean and tidy. You don't need to clear it each day.
  • Coworking desks and day passes: clear your desk at the end of the day and take your things with you.
  • Don't put anything on walls, move furniture between rooms or make changes to your office without asking us first.

Kitchen

  • Load your dishes into the dishwasher, or wash, dry and put them away.
  • Label food in the fridge with your name and the date. The fridge is cleared every Friday afternoon: anything unlabelled, out of date or left open is thrown out.

Security

  • Don't let anyone follow you through a door unless they are your registered guest.
  • Lock your office when you leave it, and keep valuables with you. We can't be responsible for property left in the space.
  • We use CCTV in the premises for security.

Photos and filming

  • Photos and filming for your own work are fine, as long as they don't capture other members, their screens or their documents without consent.
  • Commercial shoots or filming that needs a set-up: ask the team first.
  • Events have their own arrangements, and we'll tell you if photos are being taken.

Smoking, vaping and alcohol

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.
  • Adults may drink alcohol responsibly in the shared areas. Your guests follow the same rule. No one under 18 drinks alcohol. Events have their own arrangements.

Children and animals

  • Children are welcome on short visits, with their parent at all times.
  • Assistance animals are always welcome. Dogs are welcome with approval from the team: well behaved, with proof of vaccination, and staying with their owner.

Building rules

4 Mort Street has its own rules for the lifts, ground floor and shared building areas. Please follow them and any reasonable direction from our team or building management.
