Can I bring guests?

Guests are welcome at Level 3 during staffed hours, weekdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There's no guest fee.

Registering a guest

Register your guest in the member portal or with the team. Meet them when they arrive and stay with them during their visit.

Meetings and short visits

Guests are welcome for meetings and short visits, with you. For a client meeting or an interview, book a meeting room. Larger groups should book a meeting room too.

Anyone staying to work needs their own day pass.

Children

Children are welcome on short visits, with their parent at all times.

Dogs and assistance animals

• Assistance animals are always welcome.
• Dogs are welcome with approval from the team. They need to be well behaved, have proof of vaccination and stay with their owner.

Wi-Fi for guests

Guests can use the guest network, blackvc-guest. See Connecting to Wi-Fi.
