How do I book a meeting room or boardroom?
Rooms for 4, 6 and 10 people, each with a screen and video call kit, booked in 30 minute blocks.

Boardrooms that open into one
Each of our three boardrooms seats 10 around one table, for client meetings and board meetings. The three rooms also open into one room for 30 or more, for workshops, training and offsites. Combined, they work as event space for talks and sessions, by enquiry.
How to book
Book in the member portal between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, in 30 minute blocks. The minimum booking is 30 minutes. Sign in with a free account: no paid membership needed. See Booking in the member portal.
Changing or cancelling
Change or cancel your booking in the member portal.
- More than 24 hours before the start: the full booking value comes back as workspace credit, valid for 12 months.
- Within 24 hours of the start: the booking is forfeited.

What's in each room?

Meeting rooms are bookable 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Canberra time, in 30 minute blocks.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the start and the full booking value comes back as workspace credit, valid for 12 months. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the start are forfeited.
Can I book a room for more than 10 people?
Our three 10 person boardrooms open into one room for 30 or more, for workshops, training and events. Larger bookings are by enquiry to hello@blackvc.com.au.
