Do your prices include GST?
Our prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. There's no card surcharge and no setup fee.
Unless we say otherwise:
- prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added at the current rate
- "applicable taxes and fees" on our website means GST: there's no card surcharge and no setup fee
- prices, spaces and services are subject to availability and may change without notice
- if anything on our website or in this help centre differs from a written agreement or quote you receive from us, the written agreement or quote applies

12 month plan prices are based on a 12 month commitment. Private office pricing is based on a 12 month commitment and varies by office size and availability.
How billing works
- Plan fees are invoiced monthly in advance, on the 1st of each month.
- Extra usage, such as meeting room time beyond your credits, is invoiced monthly in arrears.
- If you start partway through a month, your first month is charged pro rata.
Paying
Pay by direct debit or card. Card and bank details are entered into and held by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
