How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT to my account?

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app to the member portal to check your bookings and credits, see events, and book or cancel by asking.

You can connect an AI app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your member portal account. Then you can ask it things like "What have I got booked this week?" or "Book a meeting room for four on Thursday at 2pm".

What it can do

  • See your upcoming bookings
  • See your room credits, account credit, prepaid desk days and printing balance
  • Check which rooms and desks are free
  • List upcoming black vc events
  • Answer how-to questions from this help centre
  • Book or cancel a room or desk, but only after you confirm in the app

It only sees your own account. If a booking needs a card payment, the app gives you a link to finish it in the portal.

How to connect

  1. In the member portal, go to Settings, then AI apps, and copy the address shown.
  2. In your AI app, add it as a custom connector:
    • Claude: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
    • ChatGPT: Settings, then Apps and connectors, then add a new connector.
  3. Sign in to the member portal when asked, then choose Allow.

Some AI apps only offer custom connectors on paid plans.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings, then AI apps in the member portal and choose Disconnect. Changing your password also disconnects every AI app.
